Do you have a question or need website support? Submit a help ticket and chat with our site admin.
A support ticket is a private text conversation between you and our website administrator. It helps you report bugs, fix account errors, or resolve payment problems safely without public posts.
Go to `/support` and click New Ticket. Fill out the ticket with the following constraints:
onclick or onmouseover) and sanitizes URIs (such as redirecting javascript:, data:, or blob: to about:blank). Our site administrators review tickets regularly. When an admin writes a response, you will receive a notification email immediately. Click the link in the email to read the reply. The ticket status shifts to Awaiting your reply.
You can reply in the ticket workspace to clarify details. Once resolved, the admin closes the ticket. To conserve database space, if a ticket remains in the Awaiting your reply status for 10 consecutive days without any user response, the system automatically marks the ticket as Auto-closed.
Type a subject and change the Priority dropdown to see how the status colors change in real-time. Click submit to simulate creating a ticket:
Every ticket has a current status badge indicating whose turn it is to act. Read what they mean:
You submitted your ticket or reply. The admin has been notified and you are waiting for them to write back.
The admin replied to your ticket and is asking for more details. Check the ticket view and write back.
The issue has been resolved. If a ticket stays in resolved state without answers, our system automatically shifts it to Closed to save database space.
